Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns for non-ceramic items only within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us at hamayajapanbne@gmail.com within 3 days to request a return.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• All ceramics and porcelain pieces
• Vintage and pre-loved items
• Handmade or unique items
• Items purchased during sale or promotion
• Gift cards

Because ceramic and vintage items are fragile, returns cannot be accepted once the item has been opened, used, or damaged.

Restocking fee

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hamayajapanbne@gmail.com with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or email us at hamayajapanbne@gmail.com.
