Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Express: 1–4 business days
International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International services.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel weight, and size.

Estimated delivery timeframe:
• Standard International: 6–21 business days
• Express International: 4–10 business days

Please note:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or destination fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Ceramic products are fragile, and we take extra care with packaging, using bubble wrap, cushioning, and double-layer protection to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist with lodging an investigation with Australia Post.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hamayajapanbne@gmail.com, and include photos of:
1. The damaged item
2. The packaging (inside and outside)
We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
